This morgen i got a new option – not the option described in the guide – but it worked 🙂
I have attached pictures on how i did – maybe some other costumers will have the same question to You later – then You can use the pictures as a guide that works 🙂
But very important !! – and not described in the guide – the “Renewal button” first appears one day after expiration

Here is the details picture guide for the update
click ” Subscription Renewal Card”
Input the 24 subsription renewwal card pin code and submit
Click Renewal
Click OK
And you’ll see the update expired 1 year, update success!
