How to use Xhorse Dolphin XP005 to cut a TOY48 key for Toyota Lexus when all keys lost? Following it is a quick demonstration.
Tools
A phone installed with Xhorse app(or VVDI Key Tool Max/ Key Tool Plus will work)
A TOY48 key blank
Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Key Cutting Machine
Procedure
- Decode Key
Use a LISHI TOY48 Pick to decode the bitting codes from lock.
It is A 13115, B 55153.
- Cut Key
Control Dolphin XP005 in Xhorse app via Bluetooth, press
Vehicle database >> Toyota >> All key blank >> TOY48
Install M2-A clamp and tip align 1 position according to prompt, press “OK”.
Fix the key blank flatly on the clamp.
Input the bitting codes, press
Cutting key >> Cut
The Dolphin XP005 machine starts cutting key…
Wait until one side cutting is finished.
Clear iron scraps then flip over to cut the other side.
Repeat same operations as before:
Cutting key >> Cut
Key cutting completed!
Take out the key to having a check, it can switch the lock.
Done!
