Hello guys, today I’m gonna use Xhorse Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine to cut a key for VW Jetta 2000-2017 HU66 key with 8 cut by bitting.
Having been read out key bitting codes via NP Tools HU66 V.3 smart decoder, let’s go ahead to cut key.
I will use VVDI Key Tool MAX to control Dolphin XP005 machine, surely you can use a smart phone installed with Xhorse app to control it.
Connect Key Tool Max with XP005 firstly, press
Cutting by bitting >> Silca – HU66 >> HU66 with 8 bitting >> OK
M2-C clamp shoulder align, fix key blank flat on clamp.
Enter key bitting codes: 21234221
Cutting key >> Continue
Dolphin XP005 starts cutting key…
Wait cutting until 100%…
Completed!
Take out the key to have a try, as you can see, this key can turn the lock. Usually, your first key won’t be perfect, but your second key will be perfect. Just after a few times of practice, you’ll get this right. Don’t give up.
