Problem
My VXDIAG VCX NANO license has expired, it keeps telling me “Update License Failed, Retry! Error Code:0 ” every time when I was trying to update it. Any ideas? Please help me.
Solution
All NANO Series of VXDIAG are following the 3 steps below to update directly, no need to provide SN(series number) for authorization.
Note: For SN to begin with V52XP or P71 should get authorization from VXDIAG before the update, simply offering SN to your service provider.
1. Firmware update windows need to set VCI update status as ON;
2. Click “Update License”;
3. Click “Licenses”
