Hi dear friend, how are you ? Yesterday( March,21th) one customer email me his MB SD Connect Compact 4 After Activation the EPC Icon not showing , we have show to engineers, and engineers do remote access help him sorted out.

How to Solve MB SD Connect Compact 4 EPC Icon Not Displayed After Activation
Problem showing:
Way to solve:
1)Select “GROUP” in EPC menu, then click “administrator group”
2) Select “Limited access authorization” and save data.
3) Back to “Program” interface. EPC icon is displayed!
That’s all done !
