Yanhua Mini ACDP + Volvo IMMO Module 20 is able to program a new key/ all keys lost for Volvo 2018-2020 via OBD successfully.
Support Volvo XC40(2020-), XC60(2018-), XC90(2015-), S60(2020-), S90(2017-), V60(2018-), Volvo(2016-), Lynk & Co(2018-).
Follow the steps below to learn how to program.
- Installation
- Remove and disassemble the CEM module(it’s usually under main driver and steering wheel);
- Install copper pillar & interface board. Check test points D1 & D2, then install copper pillar to secure the interface board;
- Connect ACDP host & OBP+ICP adapter, connect interface board to the adapter with 20pin cable.
- Program Key
Go to Mini ACDP app,
Volvo >> IMMO >> S90(2016-) >> Read CEM data by ICP >> Select the correct CEM chip model: SPC5748G(VOLVO)
Follow the prompts to properly connect the adapter, interface board, and CEM module.
Check the pin test result.
If it fails, clean up the test points and reinstall the interface board.

Press “OK” to backup the CEM data.
Saving data, please wait…
Save success.
Press “OK” to save CEM password data.
Save success.
Please load the CEM module and connect the ACDP to the vehicle OBD.
Go back to “Add key/all key lost”.
Please make sure the CEM module has installed.
Connect the ACDP to vehicle OBDII port and press the engine start button.
Turn on the ignition.
Press “OK”.
Check the vehicle info, press “OK”.
Please select CEM password data.
OK >> Select CEM PSW data
Please put the smart key to be matched in the key recognition area of cup holder or hand-held box.
Check if the number of keys were increased.
To add key, press “Yes”, otherwise, press “No”.
Add key complete!
