(Solution) Confusing characters appear on the screen of Vident V301

Problem: Hi, I have received my Vident V301, but when I turn it on, there are garbled characters on the screen, how can I fix this?

Solution: Download and install “ieasy Installer_VAG301“, then install the 1.50 version of the software. The update process takes approximately 25 minutes.
