Got one Carprog clone V8.21 and I successfully use to read pin code on older Opel like vectra, astrag, zafira a, on kline. Carprog clone will read pin from astra H edc16 tested many times. (PS: someone feedback genuine carprog can’t read correct pin from opel edc16 ecu.)
I read it on Z20LER ME 7.6.2, if your carprog is clone need modify A1 Adapter to read Opel Can. Check your A1 Adapter, this solution should work for Opel Can.
