Today I’m working on a 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser, and I am trying to make a new key for this vehicle with Obdstar X300 DP Plus. This is the original key and a new key. The procedure will need to send car number data to a third party for security code.
Connect Key Master DP Plus to OBD,
CAR IMMO >> TOYOTA LEXUS SCION >> Latest version >> Manual select system >> PROXIMITY >> TYPE 8(CAN) >> Number of keys
Current number of keys: 2
Press “Add keys”.
This function is available by connecting the server, please ensure the Internet connection is normal.
This function is used to program the keys. Up to 6 keys can be programmed.
Note: Please complete all steps within the specified time.
Press “Enter” to continue.
Switch the ignition on.
X300 DP Plus shows the car number data.
Please send the above data to a third-party platform to get a 12-digit security code(please do not exit this interface during the query), please enter the 12-digit security code after obtaining it.
Use a programmed smart key to contact the start button.
Use a new smart key to contact the start button.
Program complete.
Test both keys, all can work.
