Today I’m going show how to program the 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser with all keys lost with Lonsdor K518ISE by OBD. Only 3 steps to finish. I’ll need to use an LKE Smart Key Emulator during the procedure.
1. Backup EEPROM Data
IMMO & Remote >> TOYOTA >> Select from type >> All smart key lost >> Type 1 >> All key lost >> Backup EEPROM data
1. This function can backup car EPROM data;
2. When backup is complete, go to “Make emulator key” to make an emergency emulator key;
3. Use the key to touch the start button to ignite the dashboard and add the key.
Click “OK”.
Obtaining car data, about 3 minutes…
Enter the file name to save the data.
EPROM data backup success.
2. Generate Emergency Key
Press “Generate emergency key(LKE/PRO)”.
This function can load backup data to generate an emergency key in an AKL situation, and then you use this key to turn on the dashboard to add keys.
Please place the key emulator into the Lonsdor K518 device’s card slot.
The Key Emulator(LKE) is already bound to the device, whether to choose the required EEPROM backup file to generate LKE?
Click “OK” to select the file.
Count of keys: 2, key type: 98
Click “OK” to generate…
An emergency key was generated successfully. Please use the emergency key to turn the ignition on, then enter the “Add smart key” function menu to add new keys.
Operation hints:
1. Press the ignition switch once.
2. Quickly place LKE vertically on the ignition switch, keep the antenna end of LKE aimed at the central position of the ignition switch, and wait until the dashboard lights up.
3. If the dashboard fails to light up after 3s, please try to repeat step1&2.
4. If the dashboard fails to light up after multiple attempts, please contact after-sales for technical support.
After trying several times, the switch ignition is on already. I can start the car also. Put the simulator on and off the ignition to add the key.
3. Add Smart Key
Press “Add smart key”.
Make sure the smart key battery is full.
Insufficient power may cause program failure.
Put an emulator key or workable original key close to the ignition switch, and turn it ON till the dashboard is lit up.
Current key count: 2
Put the back side of the registered key close to the start button, when the buzzer rings once, remove the key.
Within the 30s put the back of the key(to be registered) close to the car start button, when the buzzer beeps twice, remove the key.
Operation completed!

Please turn the ignition off, and check if the key works properly, if the remote function doesn’t generate, please enter the “Register ECU and ID code box” menu, and select “Sync ID code box with steering lock”.
Test the keys, both can work.
Done.
