How to do remote diagnosis?

Use any Launch X431 tools to request for a remote diagnose.
For X431 scanner owner
Remote diagnose >> Login in >> Remote diagnose >> Remote
Turn on the button of “Allow device to be connected to the WEB client Remote Diagnose” device.
Please choose the vehicle for remote diagnose. Press “OK”.
You have 15 minutes for helper do connection.
Also, remember to give your serial number to your helper.
For technical helper
Login with helper’s username & password on remote site: remotediag.x431.com
Input the serial number, click “Start remote diagnosis”.
Connection succeeded.
Now technical helper can remote diagnose your X431 scanner.
To quit remote diagnosis,
go back to main menu, click button on right down side.
Helper can leave a message in dialog before ending diagnosis.
Press “Yes” to quit.
This function allows technicians to diagnose vehicles via Launch X431 tools without being on-site, which is convenient and efficient.
