Autel MaxiIM IM608 update error ” Network busy (#1)” solution

Some customers have trouble connecting the Autel MaxiIM IM608 device to the Autel update server.
Show error as follows:

Possible reason:
The network environment disallows access to Autel server, the DNS domain IP address is not allowing it to access autel server.

Please follow the below solution to solve the problem:
Go to system settings:
