Had to run an Aftertreatment Urea System Test on a 2026 Isuzu ELF KV100. Using the LAUNCH X-431 PAD5 + HD, the required pump-pressure buildup test was completed first, followed by the small-injection test.
Open the Test Menu
1. Open Local Diagnose and select:
Isuzu → Truck → China And Rest of World → QingLing ISUZU Series → Light Truck (VI) → Light Truck China VI (4KB1)
2. Confirm the vehicle information.
3. Go to: Function Test → Aftertreatment Urea System Test → Injection Test → Small Injection Test
Build System Pressure
1. Start the Small Injection Test.
2. When prompted that a pressure buildup test is required, select Yes and follow the on-screen prompts to complete it.
3. Once the pump pressure buildup test finishes, acknowledge the completion message.
Run the Injection Test
1. Continue with the Small Injection Test when prompted.
2. Wait for the program to complete the test.
3. The operation is finished when the completion message appears.
Verification
The procedure is complete if the test finishes successfully and the vehicle starts and operates normally.
