What interface can read map / remap for Peugeot RCZ?

There are two interfaces to read a 2012 Peugeot RCZ 207RC 1.6T engine: FGtech and kess.

FGtech feedback for PSA:
edc16c34 obd r/w ok
dcm 3.4 obd r/w ok

Or you need Kess, it will read write MED17.4.2 via OBD.
