If you run into a problem with your TOPDON ONE Series tablet or have an idea for a new feature, you can send feedback directly from the device. Your input helps improve the software, reliability, and overall user experience.
1. Screenshot: Capture It Anytime
While using the tool, tap the screenshot button at any time to capture the current screen. Use it to show something that isn’t working correctly, or something you’d like to see improved.
2. Screen Recording: Show the Whole Process
① Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the quick menu
② Tap the screen record button to bring up the recording tool
③ Once started, everything on screen is recorded until you stop it
④ When finished, name the file however you like
Tip: You can also turn on the camera while recording. This lets you capture what’s happening on another scan tool, or show an issue on the vehicle itself. All of these videos can be attached to your feedback.
3. Submit Your Feedback
Tap User Info, then tap Customer Feedback.
On the feedback page, you can:
Attach the log files that match the vehicle with the issue
Add videos and photos as needed
4. Submit While Connected to a Vehicle
When the tablet is live-connected to a car, tap the feedback button to submit a feedback log directly, without leaving your diagnostic session.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue. We recommend including screenshots, screen recordings, and log files together.
