Only One Icon After Binding Launch X431 V+& HD3, Normal?

One customer gave feedback that he can only find one X431 V+ icon on his pad after binding Launch X431 V+ with Launch X431 HD3. He was wondering is it normal? He also attached 2 screenshots of Local Diagnose and VCI in User Info.

Obd2shop engineer replies,

Just select the serial number of heavy duty truck to be test, then can perform diagnosis. It is normal to see only one X431 V+ icon after startup.
