When receiving a new 2M2 TANK 2 Pro CNC Key Cutting Machine, height level adjustment, clamp calibration and cutting calibration would be a must. Here we’ll guide you how to do the calibration for the first time step by step.
How to do 2M2 TANK Height Level Adjustment?
1. Enter 2M2 TANK interface, click “Device Information”.
2. Click “Change cutter & probe”.
3. Installation and then click “OK”.
4. Loosen off the screw until it touches the clamp.
5. Click “OK” to finish.
How to do 2M2 TANK Clamp Calibration?
1. Enter “Device Information”.
2. Click “Calibration”.
3. Select the clamp depending on your current clamp.
4. Check the clamps for looseness.
5. Click “OK” to finish.
How to do 2M2 TANK Cutting Calibration?
1. Click “Device Information”.
2. Select “Cutting calibration”.
3. Please confirm the cutter 2.0mm, click “OK”.
4. Install HON66 key blank(25#) on the left.
(Pay attention: the tip has to be aligned with the first line)
5. Clean the particles and click “OK”.
(The key continues to be clamped in the fixture)
6. Click “OK” to finish.
