MPPS V18 and EDC16U1 problem “required time delay not expired” Solution

I have a problem with mpps V18 China Clone and edc16u1 … can not read or write … ecu id shows but i can not read file or write file … i tried on the bench and obd..show message “required time delay not expired”

other cars can read and write..

Advice:
sound like a you need wait with ignition on. Ecu locked. If i remember correctly, it was 20-30 minute.

I have MPPS V18 china clone! Have done EDC16U1 more than 20 at this moment with no problem! So you have bad tool!

Finally.
i have done them more than 30…
I tried today another edc16u1 and can read and write…
Only that one can not

Good to know: This is good MPPS V18 china clone with good PCB.
