You’ll need:
1 year Toyota AKL Online Calculation License;
Lonsdor KH100+;
Smart Key FT11-H0410C (for Toyota RAV4/ Highlander/ Avalon);
(If your car is Lexus ES/UX/LS/GX series, please select Smart KeyFT08-H0440C)
Note: Make sure the WIFI connection is good. You don’t have to connect OBD.
Disassemble the key shell, take out PCB to begin programming.
Program Remote
Generate smart key >> FT smart key >> 8A type >> Generate smart key >> OK
Put the H0410C smart key into the KH100+ coil, press “Execute”.
Select the last frequency: 314.35/312.09
(Frequency may vary, USA frequencies range between 312 & 315.)
Place PCB board close to START/STOP button, push to begin vehicle data transfer to PCB.
Repeat every 10s until indicator pulses regularly flash.
Press “OK” when completed.
Note:
If the Lonsdor unit fails to proceed, choose another frequency and repeat the previous process.
Do you have a working key? No
Generation is successful.
Test Key
If the car starts, but the remote doesn’t work, continue to the next step.
If the car starts and the remote does work, you’re done.
Modify Remote Count Value(used for remote doesn’t work)
Modify Remote Count Value >> OK
Put the H0410C smart key into the KH100+ coil, press “Execute”.
Note: DO NOT modify count to “00 00 00 00”! Otherwise, the remote will need to be restarted from the beginning of generating process.
Add 400 to the value shown and then modify. (eg. 1000+400=1400)
The numbers in sequence range from 1-F. When adding increments of 400, keep in mind 4+4=8, but 8+4=C
If it test fails, repeat the process until you find success.
Once the vehicle responds to the remote, you have found the correct modification value.
Write successful.
Test Key
The remote does work, and it can start the engine.
