1. Find the ACDP APP on your computer, right-click it and select “Open file location”.
2. In the opened file, find “WebResource” >> “aliyun” >> “devfile” >> “formdev” >> “ATmatch” >> “BMW”.
3. Compress the BMW folder and send it to a technician for analysis and troubleshooting.
