This guide explains how to use the Xhorse Condor XC-MINI Plus II to duplicate a household RB Locks dimple key. You will need an original key for duplication.

1. Cutting Settings
Go to: Settings → Cutting Settings → Probe and Cutter Diameter Setting
Select: “1.0mm” and “Dimple Cutter (Both)”
Save the settings.
Insert the probe and the cutter as shown below.
2. Key Learning
Navigate to: Household → RB Locks → Dimple Key with Sided Internal Dimple → Dimple (Internal) (Front)
Fix the original key on the M5 clamp.
Click “Decode Key”.
The XC-MINI Plus II will automatically begin decoding. Wait until the internal side learning is complete.
Then, select Dimple (External) (Front) → Decode Key.
The machine will start decoding again. Once finished, the household key learning process is complete.
3. Key Cutting
Select “Dimple (Internal) (Front)” and replace the original key with a blank key fixed on the M5 clamp.
Click “Start Cutting” → OK.
Close the cover and wait for the cutting process to finish.
Once done, flip the key and repeat cutting for the other side.
Next, select “Dimple (External) (Front)” to begin cutting this side. Again, remember to flip the key to cut the other side.
The Condor XC-MINI Plus II will automatically complete the entire cutting process.
4. Final Check
Remove the key and compare it with the original. The duplicated key should match perfectly and function correctly.
