Solved Condor XC Mini Plus use M2 Clamp Cut a Mercedes Key

Xhose Condor XC Mini Plus Key Cutting Machine customer feedback to us has a problem:
Hello Elyza, used M2 clamp and side B copied a key Mercedes benz A  class180 cdi year 2010 , but failed,  any idea how to solve ?

Solution by Xhorse engineers:

Upgrade the firmware database to the latest, copy and cut with the universal key.

Finally, problem sort out ! All works!
