How to solve SVCI 2019 SVCI 2020 “.dell script file was not found”

Problem: After you install the SVCI 2019 or SVCI 2020 software and open it, prompting .dell script file is missing, just like the picture shown below:

Solution:

Find the software installation directory on the C drive of the PC, find the “patch” folder, open it, and install all the Pach files inside it.

Whether the system is 32 or 64 bit, these patches must be installed.
