This is the Story for my experience how the patience seller help me solve the problem.
My name is muhammad jarkh, I bought one BMW ICOM 2015.10 software HDD WIN7 from the website obd2shop.co.uk , order number TK160612101829 .
Packaged delivered fast within 5 days, the HDD I use on Lenovo T420 the ISTA-P it working perfect but ISTA-D not connection and also the screen of ISTA-P is small ( Like the Following Picture attached )
So I mailed the Seller Elyza from the website and he told me the solution way as:
- For the ISTA-P Screen Small Problem , please ICOM laptop do self-testing,checking if the device can connect ICOM system
- The ISTA-D not working, the picture showing it is your firmware version is oldNeed update to The latest Version V1.40
I followed their suggestions and updated the ICOM Firmware to 1.40 , now everything is okay and working now !
